People never get tired looking at 3 things: water, fire, and how others are working.

PC Quilter does all the quilting work for you. You just look at it. Like a dream.

PC Quilter website (http://www.pcquilter.com) does a wonderful job describing this outstanding product. And any internet user can join Yahoo! PC Quilter group and learn even more from current owners. Indeed most users bought PC Quilter without ever seeing it. And 100% of users are happy with their purchase!

Patterns for PC Quilter come from different sources. I design all of my patterns by myself (click to see patterns). I also developed software to create echo quilting outline for absolutely any pattern (details) and to write messages on quilts in cursive (details).

Here is the story of my relationship with PC Quilter.

I like machine quilting.

First time I tried quilting on a small quilt on a regular home sewing machine. I liked how stitches connected 3 layers creating "pillows" and "valeys". But pushing quilt around was not fun...

Soon afterwards I tried a frame. I loved ease of moving machine around. But lines on my designs were not as precise as I wanted them to be. On a net I found out that I needed practice. After 100 or so hours my lines will become fine, and feathers will look nice.

Or I could get a PC Quilter. It stitches perfect feathers every time. Or perfect piwheels. Or roses. Or baptist fans. No matter what happens. It can do it 100 times in a row and not get tired. And it has no backache (that I get ocasionally after lots of free-motion).

After getting PC Quilter I discovered

additional benefits:

  • You can resize pantos exactly. Same pattern fits into 1", 2", 4.5" or 5 3/4", or 8" (if your machine allows) area.
  • You can do whatever you want while it stitches. Most often I piece, sometimes clean, sometimes read. I also answer the phone.
  • You can use both of your hands to adjust fabric on PCQ way, when (not if) you have "less than perfect" top that is not laying flat.
  • You can flip, mirror, rotate, etc your pattern.

    However PC Quilter cannot:

Plan custom quilting on your top for you. You still have to use your brain and decide where to put the designs.

I would love to quilt your top. It has to be less then 95" though. Contact me for details.
